All Sales Are Final - No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchases.
Custom Production Each item is specially created for you after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks. Because these items are customized specifically for your order, we cannot resell or restock them, and therefore cannot accept returns.
No Exceptions We cannot make exceptions to this policy, even for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Color or style preferences
- Buyer's remorse
Quality Guarantee While we cannot accept returns or refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Order Accuracy Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, and design. Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot make changes, cancel the order, or accept returns.
